Customer service very poor bad experience with the receptionist i was with a friend of mine on Holiday the receptionist said he wasn't British citizen, but he had a British passport .
My friend is originally from Bangladesh , what does it matter what nationality where he was from.
The other receptionist then said Bangladesh was a poor country.
The receptionist needs to approve how they talk to customers on the prem...

Excellent location next to Skandenberg Square. Free private parking (essential in Tirana). Comfortable rooms with good bathroom. View from the room to the Square.
Reception staff unfriendly but efficient. Breakfast without much variety but reasonable. Despite not being luxurious, it is a great city hotel with a good quality-price ratio...

Hotel in n a very great location
But need upgrading.
. We booked halfboard, we were expecting breakfast and a buffet dinner, But it was not. The breakfast was with a limited choice and extremely cold and rotten fruits.
2. Dinner was not a buffet and you are not allow to choose, they just give you whatever meal, which was a very small amount [see pictures] we have to pay £4 each to add wedges.(15 pieces)

Dont book here if you need reliable internet! Important for people who travel for work: there is no stable wifi in the hotel - certainly not in the rooms. Not even the wifi in the lobby is fast enough for uploads let alone videoconferencing. The hotel staff doesnt care about this and shrugs you off. The technician I insisted to be called didnt present a solution either. I had to find a new hotel and cancel the roo...

A lovely meal at the International with family and friends to Celebrate a 10th wedding anniversary . Hotel ideal central location with great views . Good food and with even better service . Many thanks to all , particularly Alket T and Kevin T for looking after us and giving us a wonderful evening....
