Building work going on and no mention of it when we booked . One sachet of coffee in a room for 2 and not even replaced when leaving a note asking for more . Poor quality toiletries. Though the gym had lots of kit it is very dated and needs upgrading . Thought the staff were really friendly . Shame when youre outside by pool no waiter coming to check if you want a drink . Where to start the property is being remodeled and the outside covered in scaffoldings, the inside seems very old and outdated, the rooms they are spacious but dark and lack of personality, the bathroom! The absolute worst!!!! So small, no space to put your toiletries and it looks like from the 60s the toiletries didnt even wanted to touch them part of the staff is kind and friendly. I've stayed a few times and it's been very ordinary and average each time.
All a bit soulless and staff are average.. not really anything wrong but lacking any kind of enthusiasm or friendlyness.
It's an average hotel that serves its purpose for a night in Tirana as it's well located and clean but it's nothing special

You would never guess the hotel actually exists from the outside. There is scaffolding all around it and surroundings but seems that they either runout of money or the workers are on strike. If you do not mind the obstructed view and the feel of abandonment look, the hotel has its good side. The staff were all very good, so no complaints at all with them.
The hotel is covered in scaffolding, so you don't get a great view, and lots of building work is going on, but it didn't affect us, apart from the scaffolding.
The hotel provides a kettle in your room, but not coffee and milk.
Never mind, we had booked a gold room we thought, so entrance to the club lounge, for coffee, tea and soft drinks. unfortunately...
