On arrival I was offered a room on the top floor looking out over the square (instead of one at the side) and happily accepted, with no regrets. The room was bright, well furnished and above all clean. Breakfast was very pleasant with some tasty local food, and I thought the staff friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with numerous eateries around the square and adjoining streets, an excellent market nearby ...

Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Terrible front desk guest service. Issue with cancelling one of my night stays even with more than 7 days notice. The manager did addressed the situation. The take away breakfast was very disappointing. Nicely located, close to restaurants, and venues....

Top class hotel in a great location!!

Comfy, clean and peaceful rooms. Free toiletries ,fresh towels every day. Friendly attentive and well informed staff. Breakfast was not too bad. Hotel location was amazing. You can do all of the centre of Tirana and reach everywhere on foot within minutes. I sincerely recommend this place....

Lovely hotel in the centre of tirana great for bars and restaurants and the new bizarre at the back of it nice big rooms with probably the most comfortable bed I have had when on holiday with good memory foam pillows and a lovely balcony looking out over the city very helpful reception staff breakfast was not great but you had the basics if returning it would definitely use again thank you hotel boko ...
