Major VERY LOUD Construction next to hotel

We arrived at this hotel for 1 night, enroute to our tour hotel the next night. We were given Room 536. I will start off by saying the staff is very nice. The room on the other hand is not nice, and the location of the hotel is terrible. Wyndham Grand is a great business hotel near Salzburg main train station. It is a bit far of walking to the old town. We booked a family room using Wyndham points + cash, and the room feels spacious, with two queen beds, and a bathroom with toilet and tub + shower.

Convenient location next to the train station in an area that felt safe. Large business hotel. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately there was some construction work outside the building which made some noise in the morning, but this is not the hotels fault.
Indoor swimming pool was a nice treat for the kids, and the gym good...

Worse Customer Service!!

The hotel is okayish, but the service is the worse I ever experience in all my travels!
The hotels location is good, it is few minutes walk from the main train station and 10 minutes drive from the downtown. We stayed at the Business Class room which was of a decent size, and the hotel has a large car parking.
However, the customer service was no way near what you would expect from a supposed four-star hotel.

I was a little surprised that housekeeping didn't really even check the beds! Mine wasn't clean and it wasn't changed. The AC couldn't been a little colder and I wish we had known beforehand about all the construction going on out our window....
