Great clean and spacious hotel. Samir was very helpful and went beyond. We got an upgrade and he was able to honor the same rate for another night when rebooking last minute. Hotel is central located to train station and restaurants. Would come again....

Amazing food and amazing service. I had great holidays on Wyndham grand, Especially from Vasileios and his colleagues was very friendly and professionals on the work. Every single question I wanted to have from wines Vasileios was there to help me and making my dinners better . I will suggest this hotel for winter holidays and special events...

Worst hotel experience

We stayed 2 nights in the junior suite. The room had very basic amenities. The pillows and duvet were as thin as bed sheets, extremely uncomfortable.
The room service was appalling.
The used towels were left underneath the basin. The shower gel was not replaced. There were extra half filled soap dispenser underneath the basin probably used by previous guests.

Nice looking hotel about a 25 min walk from old town of Salzburg.
Room was very spacious but chambermaid only seemed to come in to empty the bins. No fresh towels and no refill of the tea and coffee making facilities. Also felt the room wasn't as clean as it could have been.
Bar and restaurant in hotel were great and fairly reasonable which was a surprise.
We used the swimming pool which was very cold and no robes...

This is a poorly managed hotel that skimps on everything. We reserved four separate rooms two months ago, all with separate twin beds in each room clearly marked on the reservation. After we checked in we realized they had given all four parties either one king or one queen room without saying anything. When we called down to change rooms they could not move us to any other room or provide any rollaway beds, necessit...
