Worst hotel in the NH chain we stayed in. Cleaning to be considered bad has to improve a lot. They don't remove the garbage from the trash can during the lodging. They just make the bed and badly arranged. Finally, my 7-year-old son got sick and vomited and we asked to change rooms, which was done, but at checkout they charged a "cleaning fee" of 120 euros. I honestly had never seen this. Terrible hotel. Lack of prep...

We checked in on December 23 around 1:00, and was able to get in our room immediately. Breakfast & bar areas were clean & greatly appointed. Bar was open on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day which was very convenient. ...

Really lovely, modern hotel. We stayed for three nights for the Christmas markets in Salzburg. The hotel is in a great location with a nice pedestrian street just around the corner which then leads down to the river. Only about a ten minute walk overall to reach the historic town centre.
