Nice hotel in a very good location. Directly on the bus route to the airport and walking distance to everything else in the city centre.
Room was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay.
The only drawback, and its quite a big one for me personally, was the shower. Water pressure was so poor. It was little more than a dribble, and made worse by the fact the temperature would go from freezing to sca...

Excellent location, very close to the old town and the Christmas market as well as the historycal buildings.
Despite switching off the room heating system disturbing noise was heard caused by the building ventilation system.
Considering the number of the guests too small restaurant. During the breakfast it was hard to find place to seat....

Another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel, room 417 clean and tidy, fresh towels when needed, good variety of breakfast from hot sausages scrambled eggs, lovely cheese and hams more than enough, also praise to the lovely aziz and his colleagues ,very welcoming and remembered my name from last year, please thank all your staff, ...

After some initial issues with the booking, we thought we had booked a twin only to find out a week before that the hotel doesnt have twin rooms and we had booked a double room - after paying for an upgrade we got a double bed each - yay. Good location. Breakfast decent for what they charge. Unfortunately no shower gel in the shower gel container so I did not feel very clean showering with water only. The biggest disappointment was the windows in the slanted ceiling (room 507) had no blinds so we were woken very early by the daylight coming into the room and could not sleep again. Luckily I only stayed 1 night or I would have asked to change rooms. Wh...
