My wife and I w stayed at the Leonardo for a few days and everyone at the hotel was so nice and welcoming. The room was VERY spacious and bathroom/amenities were great. The location of the hotel was perfect as we could get just about anywhere in 5 minutes, thus saving time finding transportation. The locals were friendly and there was so much to do around the hotel that we tried to stay a few more day but they wer...

Poor service unhelpful staff

Average hotel. Paid 30 to check in from 11am but then told we couldnt go to the room until noon. The safe was broken in our room. There was as issue with no hot water in the hotel on our final day. I asked for compensation but received a flat no. Nothing really near this hotel. I wouldnt stay again ....

Hotel is situated right in the middle of the city to most sights - all walking distance. If youre a fan of Mozart or The Sound of Music, this place is easily accessible.
Check in and out were swift and pleasant. Room is basic but clean and was not noisy at all - 224. It does exude warmness and comfort. The only thing that made me wonder is that the room has no phone - not that we needed to use it but in the even...

This hidden gem is conveniently located just a short walk from the main area of Saltzburg where you can explore. The hotel itself has the most helpful and friendly staff, Aziz & Mahrez, as well as the rest of the staff. Always on hand and keen to help.
