Not a 4 * star hotel.
Calls itself an airport hotel doesnt even offer a shuttle service to the airport.
Tiny little room 2 double beds hardly space to move arround suppose to be a family suite!
One small wardrobe no drawers. We had no bath towels only 2 tiny hand towels for 3 people. Shower gel was empty. 2 coffee pods and one had a hole in it.
So disappointed in this hotel. Not up to any good standard. Clearly ...

Very basic accommodation; think we were bitten by bugs - but the problem is the variable daily rate, which can vary by 100% without you being informed PLUS the fact that it has bus tour after bus tour people hogging the breakfast area from 7 to 8:30 am - avoid at all cost - there's a nice pension Familie Hochbein with a quirky Italian restaurant nearby...

Close to airport & good value

This hotel is very close to the airport (about 12 minutes walk), & bus to town centre is 8 minutes away. This is good, but it would help if they had clear map at reception to show bus stops.
Room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet....

The location of Star Inn makes it the perfect place to enable have easy access to any part of Salzburg. Located close to the historical sites of Salzburg, you can walk to any site and it's very safe. Relatively small but neat ...

strategic spot, very good if airconditioning runs

We were there 2 nights and both evenings airco tripped under massive heat and too low settings apperaently by cleaning staff? Don't use set points of 10 degrees, 22 degrees would be better for a start. Breakfast was OK. Reception staff, especially the evening shift was excellent. The tripped airco was fixed in minimum of time. Beds is too small esplecial the mini sized blanked. Please buy better ones in IKEA or so. T...
