We stayed for 3 nights late Dec / NYE so rooms were expensive. But, what a super small hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable receptionists. Public areas and rooms spotless. Stayed in a superior room which was a decent size and had a Nespresso machine. No view as we looked over a side street. With windows closed then very quiet however if you like to sleep with window open like me then you do hear a lot of noise from early ...

We picked this hotel based on location and positive reviews. It was a GREAT choice! During the holidays Salzburg is very popular and crowded so staying close but not in the old section of town is desirable. Less noise and better food options.
My only complaint is that the bathroom shower is a little small and has no place to put anything. So bending over to get your conditioner or razor is difficult and a bit ...

Highly recommend this boutique hotel. I had the superior room for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The superior room was very spacious and clean. Replenishment of in-room amenities was prompt. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food options for the buffet breakfast was plentiful for a reasonable price. We didnt had a great experience with the reservation team but during the stay it was lovely.
Initially our flight got cancelled and we were not able to find any other flights for our dates. We requested the hotel but they refused to cancel and refund our booking though it was months in advance. Due to this we have to change our plans and fly to Munich a day before and spend an extra night in Munich. This cost us al...

Everything about this hotel is lovely. Location is ideal for exploring the city, its clean and spacious with beautiful decor. Staff were really lovely and the beds were so comfy!
Lots of cupboard space, safe, fridge and coffee machine which we used to make tea. I would absolutely recommend....
