Do not recomend. The pilows were very uncomfortable, the room smeld of smoke as if someone has smoked there before. The bed was very uncomfortable, Unhonest staff [we were double charged for the same room] they admitted that it was double charge but refused to refund the second charge so we paid 2 times for the same night, very bad experience....

They cheated us. Upon arrival we asked for the price of the room. I was told 190 Euro per night with breakfast. I entered Booking.com where it was 175. I booked on booking with payment at the hotel - the receptionist said she cannot see the reservation so I made a second booking via the application. They received the reservation and we paid at the front desk. After departure we saw that they caheged al...

Nice Hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was nice. The location to the train station and some nice restaurants for dinner was good. Staff were helpful. Had breakfast there once, and it was nice with a good selection. Bit of a walk into the center of town where the main attractions are....

Really nice hotel to stay if you don't mind that it is located a bit out of the city centre. Rooms are great and so is the staff, restaurant offers good breakfast and we also enjoyed our dinner there. Room for improvement is wifi connection, really could not that to work properly. Otherwise a good choice to stay in Salzburg....

We stayed 3 night in this lovely hotel, the location of the hotel is just 1.2km from the old city and main sightseeing places.
Breakfast was really good and included big variety of options.
The staff was kind and helpful, I would like to specify Gana that tips and support were amazing, always with a smile and being very professional
