Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!

This is a horribly overrated hotel. We went there during Peak Summer and the AC in the room doesn't work. We were stuck in that hotel for three nights.
The staff couldn't even offer a room change as they claim the hotel was fully booked. They only managed to change the room on the last night.
I asked them for a cancellation and refund the money so I can find something else. They declined it and we were forced to sta...

The hotel has the basics you need for a city break. Nice 25 minute walk into town, plus well served with transport, including on the direct bus route to the airport. We had a corner room which was spacious. I emailed ahead asking for twin room and bathroom with a door and an early check in - these were all in place for us. 3 bed room, 2 sets of towels, 2 cups for the "one" portion of coffee. Room needed a major vacuum clean. Information advises clients to obtain toiletries from reception, there were none available, we were offered toilet rolls. Did obtain extra set of towels. Lovely clean hotel. Well equipped rooms. Reception staff both day and night very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble from booking taxis, restaurants, information and recommendations. Breakfast room very spacious. Lovely selection and beautiful coffee.
Hotel is ideally situated in a great location with trolley buses right outside That said unless you have the windows open you do not hear the traffic...

Very impressed, clean, tidy, quiet and staff very helpful. Bus stops right outside so easy to get into main area and easy to find when we first arrived. Takes about 10/15 mins on bus into city. Did not eat there so cannot comment, but everything else very good....
