Disappointed. Seems as a hotel from 20 years ago. No usb charging. No washcloths. Lighting in room very dark and dingy. No cooling in the room, only heating. Not even ventilation. Very stuffy but was able to open a window. Seems like a desolate area. Did not feel unsafe but not a walkable area....

The hotel has a nice lobby and an outward appearance of luxury. The façade is lovely and the gardens pleasant.
Unfortunately, it is one of the least comfortable hotels lve stayed in while in Europe.
The shower did not drain properly and therefore leaked all over the floor when used. The air conditioning did not cool below 24°C so sleeping was not comfortable, especially in the separate bedroom which had no duct ...

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. It was quite all right but nothing extraordinary. We didnt have a chance to look at the grounds , however, as it was raining heavily. It has a very small reception area; not enough to accommodate big tour groups. Also, breakfast was quite chaotic. The food servers seemed very busy and the dining area too crowded and disorganized....

Worst hotel to stay. The air conditioning doesnt work. The hotel doesnt care whether the customer is facing a problem. The breakfast boiled eggs were also not done properly. Please dont book this hotel it a waste of time and money.
Hotel then offers a discount, they think that all customers just want discount. They are not bothered about customer Service.
I think these kind of hotels spoil the entire hospitali...

Wonderful stay

We stayed here on a recent tour of Germany Austria and Switzerland. This was one of our favorite hotels on the tour. Its a beautiful facility, feels like a home rather than a hotel. Id love to stay here again. The room was spacious, very clean and comfy. The only negative was its distance from the old city but thats easily accessible by taxi....
