We are so happy to found this hotel. Thats our first time in Miami we loved the hotel and area. The hotel provide you towels for the beach and two complementary beach chairs at Miami Beach. Good restaurants around y good bars. Thanks to Elsa for your help !...

Overpriced and horrible service

The service was horrible and the rooms were so small with no privacy if you are sharing with a friend. The only plus was the rooms were clean. If you are a fairly large person, you might not fit in the bed. The service was horrible, they were extremely rude....

Good short stay

Decent location, downtown and 10 mins walk from bayside. Rooms okbar at ground floor and higher up where the pool is.
Security on the door, and a small check in as you enter.
A few bars and cafes around the hotel area, with a supermarket just down the road....

Very nice room, very technologic hotel. Elsa, at the desk, was very polite and helpful we were so tired after the cruise and she helped us with a room.
The room is clean and enough for the needs to rest. Very recomendable hotel in the core of the Miami Downtown....
