Where is Florida?

International Drive offers a huge selection of places to eat, drink and shop. Plus, there are fun attractions like WonderWorks – an upside-down building filled with science games, simulators and laser tag. It’s a great place to wander around, though you might find yourself spoilt for choice…

By the seaside

Florida may be famous for its parks, but its beaches are brilliant, too. Clearwater, St Pete, Cocoa and Daytona are just some of the beaches visitors return to again and again. And the southern city of Miami is just as legendary as its reputation suggests. Whichever you choose, you’ll find soft white sand and great hotels.

Kennedy Space Center

Space nerds and sci-fi enthusiasts will love the Kennedy Space Center, NASA’s Cape Canaveral complex about an hour’s drive from Orlando. More than 130 shuttles have taken off from here, and the visitor’s centre has everything you want to know about the ins and outs of space exploration.
