Avoid this dangerous ran down hotel. We were stuck in elevator on 26th floor 3 tines forcing us to walk 25 flights of stairs during stay. Informed elevators broken for years. Deferred maintenance everywhere, cold showers, wallpaper falling down baseboard cracked rotten, bang up furniture broken lamps. Bell hpp lost our luggage for 3hrs with seeded medications. Mgr laughed when I voiced my concerns....

Desert owned property nothing at all to do with Trump.

It is false advertising to say this is a Trump Resort. It is not up to the true Trump resort standards. It is understaffed, run down and in need of massive maintenance. Peeling wallpaper and paint, coffee makers and safes that don't work, lights with blown out bulbs not replaced and housekeeping that gives you fresh towels 50% of the time after being asked. Poor management....

My family and I tend to come down to south Florida every winter from NY for about a week. I had an issue with the resort I frequent and quickly needed to find another accommodation. Tony was extremely helpful over the phone and was able to give me and my family peace of mind. The service at the resort was exceptional. My children throughly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. We personally will now be staying here every ...

Renovation needed

This hotel is a great location but is in desperate need of renovations. There is no bar to hang out at. The food at the beach was just okay and there was not much variety. Cleaning staff did not come until I requested someone.i was not told this was necessary upon check in.I would not stay here again....

I had an amazing experience at Trump International Beach Resort! The staff provided exceptional service, the facilities were immaculate, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay....
