Great service! Harrison was very professional and attentive to us at the beach. He took care of us during the holidays every day and constantly checked in to make sure our umbrellas were at the right place and we had enough fresh towels with a kind disposition. Merry Christmas!...

The only good thing about the hotel is the breakfast restaurant attendant Pedro! His service and great energy are a great way to start the day! Boris at the front desk gets a shout out too! The valet guys working the front door are sorta worthless...

He also helped me take the best pictures! Me and my partner have had such an incredible experience here at the Royal Palm! Specially at the beach with all this awesome beach staff!...

The beach was awesome! It was everything we expected and more. We rented a cabana on two days and were assisted by Orlando and Nixon, who were great folks that took great care of us. Breakfast was good. The room was great. The kids had a blast! Thx!...
