A total disappointment
The dreariest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The noisy refrigerator , the shower that despite hours after using it still drips water despite having turned off the faucet
The windows can not be opened is not allowed
Whenever these problems are brought up the staff react very arrogantly
The room is not cleaned rather only towels are changed and you are given a roll of cartigenics

Flew into Miami early for a cruise and had booked a night at Oceanside. The front desk was absolutely willing to hold our luggage while we ate lunch at their restaurant around the corner. When we returned around 10am the front desk allowed us early check-in (typically 3pm check in). We were able to spend the afternoon on Miami beach which is only 1 block away. An absolute delight of a stay, quick check-in with great recommendations from Blanca, then off to the beach(about a 3 minute walk), and back for their happy hour
The breakfest at their restaurant is a tad pricey, but very filling, and honestly worth it....

We stopped at this boutique style hotel for 2 nights after a cruise. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some dodgy reviews. Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Good powerful shower. TV limited channels, good but noisy air conditioning and a safe. There was a smell of smoke throughout the hotel even though its advertised as non-smoking.

As soon as I returned to Italy, I started tracking its location using Find My iPad, and as of today, the device is still located at the hotel.
