Fabulous hotel! It is beautiful in every way. Pools were lovely, food was great, and the rooms were very clean. Everything is clean! Since it is a historic hotel there are things about the National that are not new and shiny but still beautiful and well cared for. The decorations and details really made us feel like we were in 1939 but with great WiFi by the pools :)

The location is perfect central yet quiet. The modern design is stylish and well thought out, with everything you could need. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is outstanding. Special thanks to Elijah, Eric and Dennis who were incredibly motivated and made the stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!...

My husband and I have had an amazing experience with this resort, from the room, to the food, to accommodations, bars, everything is top notch! The staff is wonderful especially Eric and Elijah, they took AMAZING care of us! So sweet, knowledgeable, truly two gems you have! We will absolutely be back!...

Although I have been buying day passes at the National for over 6 years, this was my first time staying in the hotel. It was the best trip to Miami we have ever had!
Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiling faces and the check-in was quick and easy.
The room was on the ground floor and easy to find. They even put a personalized welcome note for our arrival.

Dennis and Eric are simply the best. Their customer service is exceptional. Eric is the guru of catering to your needs. Eric consistently overperforms! This is my third time staying here. Dennis made my pool stay so enjoyable he anticipated all of our needs.!...
