Ashae in the restaurant was fantastic and gave the best service. She was very accommodating and informative. She provided us with great suggestions for our trip and was very pleasant to speak with. The hotel was very nice and the beds were comfy....

Went for our son wedding. this hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful. The food and service were awesome for the wedding. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Very spacious and lots to do. Walkable to other venues and entertainment....

We will be back for sure. No better place to stay in Miami. Awesome room, delicious breakfast, beautiful location, super clean. We wish our home could be as nice as the Intercontinental....

Good location, Comfy Beds, Earthy Bathroom Smell

overall, my room was very comfortable, beds were great, it was spacious. There was however a heavy earthy smell that permeated the bathroom, which points to mold. It hit me the minute I walked in the bathroom, and was not alleviated by any housekeeping service. There aren't many in-house dining options. I was there on business so I didn't have time to leave the premises for restaurant hopping. There is a Whole Foods ...

Club Lounge is worth it

All of the staff at the InterContinental Miami are great - particularly the valet and bellhops.
The Club Lounge access is a great add-on and the service by Godiva, Leslie and Antonio is exceptional. If your purpose of stay is business, then the Club Lounge gives you a comfortable base, some dining options and refreshment throughout the day....
