I carefully reviewed charges in CAD funds, was charged in USD.
All taxs and fees were to be included, I was charged taxs and resort fees.
Price was almost twice what I agreed to.
To top it off, once I was on the beach they only include 2 beach chairs and charge for 3rd and4th.
Reservations were for 4 People. Got ripped off.

Great service at the beach provided by Wesner. He is friendly, helpful and attentive. Beautiful weather and lovely beach location. My sons loved their burger and fries and my margarita was delicious. Nice location and wasnt crowded at all....

Nice and clean hotel. Easy access to the beach and two pools. Boardwalk right outside of the hotel on the way to the beach. Front desk staff was helpful. Very helpful and quick valet parking service. Room was very small with a king bed, not enough storage space. Bathroom was spacious enough. Restaurant food was not very good quality and very overpriced. No complimentary coffee in the lobby....

VERY RUDE STAFF - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We arrived at the hotel after a very long journey, to be met by 2 members of staff outside, who couldnt understand a word of English.
We hired an electric car which we needed to charge on arrival - after asking 4 members of staff, we were told they dont have a car charger (states online there is a charger at the hotel!)
The lady on reception checking us in, couldnt have been more rude and abrupt if she tried....

Alfredo and Donovan were extremely helpful, prompt and easy to talk with. They handled all of my anticipated concerns and needs to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommended them for cabana service. Very professional crew. Thank you!!...
