The Hilton Cabana Resort is an amazing place! I spent most of my time relaxing on the beach. Donovan & Alfredo were of great assistance with helping sure that my time at the beach all 3 days I came was comfortable & enjoyable! Great people & awesome vibes. Would highly recommend staying here but mostly enjoying the beach area!...

Alfredo and Donovan were AMAZING!!! I appreciated all of their help. They both went above and beyond!!!! Had a great time chatting with them as well. Beach was clean. Pool was beautiful. Hotel restaurant and bar were very nice as well. ...

Such incredible service, from check in to room service to the beach staff (massive shoutout to Jonathan for his amazing service at the beach!!). Even though it was a work trip, its been one of my best hotel stays so far. I appreciate that the hotel is located in a quieter area right next to the beach....

A bland hotel despite its beachfront location. Seems to cater heavily to cruise passengers on night before/night after stays - would be just fine for that, but otherwise extremely blah. Staff mostly going through the motions. Room wasn't ready at 4:35 pm - disappointing for this Hilton Gold member. "Resort fee" water bottles (aluminum) were never delivered as promised by front desk staff. Skip this one....

Alfredo and donavon were really helpful and friendly great atmosphere and made a really comfortable and enjoyable day at the beach . Was loads of sun loungers available the views were amazing the two staff were helpful on were to get towels how to order drinks etc...
