I paid for a PREMIUM SUITE King OCEANFRONT room. Got to our room and it was on the 5th floor and all you could see was the rooftop of the restaurant! No beach view at all! They did change my room to an oceanfront on the 21st floor, but this room was not a suite and a step down from the one I paid for...no comp for the difference.
Other than that....hotel and rooms were clean....great beach, chairs came with room.

I always have a wonderful experience at the Eden Roc. I love the ambiance, the location, the cleanliness, the pools, hot tubs but most importantly the employees. Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. The service truly sets the place apart. Thank you to all the team members who always greet you with a smile. Jasmine S from reservations and Jemima at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us....

Jean-Eddie was wonderful and made every effort to make it a great experience. He remembered my name each time he saw me. All staff was very courteous and polite. This property is absolutely top notch. I enjoyed this stay, staff and hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience....

Very low value for money, disaster service both of the front desk and in the restaurant, old decorated hotel and room, the feeling of a cash cow.... $14 for a soda....Got a large room but smelly and not clean enough, outdated decoration, no chic, no desk. They only pros are the gym and the direct path to the sea's promenade... i wont be back and I highly recommend you not to be back.....

While Eden Roc Miami has a beautiful beachfront location and well-appointed rooms, I found it to be poor value for money. For the price paid, basic amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas were not included. This came as an unpleasant surpriseespecially at a beach hotelsince most guests would expect these essentials to be part of the package.
