We have come to Miami for 7 years in a row, we have stayed at the Cadillac for two years. This year we stayed in an oceanview room, there is only one set of elevators that go to the oceanfront rooms, one of them was broken the entire time except for one day. The hotel needs some upgrades and general upkeep, there are things that are outdated. The nicest part is the pools and the beach. However service needs to be...

Checking in was great, very attentive and pleasant staff. Our room had a nice view of the beach, with a balcony. The room was definitely on the small side but was clean and nicely appointed. We did have a construction site beside us, and they started up before six, thankfully we are early risers....

my experience at Cadillac hotel was great i loved the view from the room. the pool and beach service was great this one young man named raydel was helping me through my stay at the pool. i was very pleased. i enjoyed my week at the cadillac hotel....

Dont stay there

I am staying at the Cadillac now, the AC has went out 3 nights Elona the front desk manager offered $300 credit , the rooms ac keeps going out. Not enough compensation. The pool bar ran out of food and shut down. Dont go! The hotel is corporate and doesnt care about guests stay....

Downtown location
Travelled on 12/2024
- no windows
- no room, there were two low attics
- no chair, no desk
- no wardrobe, no hangers
- no bed, only a mattress on the floor
- no bath wash
- breakfast is pre prepared, brought through the parking and main entrance on an uncovered tray
- no air-conditioning
- first three nights there was no Wi-Fi
- the evening staff was not friendly
- all tabs were hard to turn on and off...
