Good location, max 15 minutes stroll from the station and maybe ten minutes to the city centre. A modern new building. The room had a high ceiling and a big window.
The room has a safe and a fridge. WiFi is excellent. The bed is comfortable.
But.
The shower needs to be replaced or redone. The grout at the base looks filthy. The door frame seems to be rusting.

The hotel is easy to find, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks very new and so everything is in perfect condition, and is spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a great choice of items and was good value. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom. I recommend visiting the city of Brescia. Brescia is a very nice place with interesting historical monuments and good restaurants. B&B Hotel Brescia has a good location and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel is clean and the hotel equipment is at a very good level.
There is missing a bar or a small restaurant in the hotel where I could sit in the evening....
