Every year I come to Bergamo for a long weekend, knowing that my stay at the NH Bergamo is a mini-vacation. I love the breakfast, the rooms are nice, and the location is pretty good, too - super conveniently located for the Citta Bassa & Teatro Donizetti (and the train station, too). The reception staff always is super friendly :)...

The front desk so friendly and attentive with the guest, the lady she was very professional. It was in the morning 13/11/2024. Thanks a lot for the costumer service provided. Its not about only words but attitudes that makes a service being different...

Busy hotel needing a refresh

Not a great impression seeing scratched and battered furniture in the lobby reception area.
Generally the hotel felt a bit tired and worn, needing a freshen up.
Breakfast was a bit disorganised with lots of very young staff learning their trade.
About 10 mins walk to rail station and 20 to the old town. ...

We arrived very late. We were greeted by the most helpful receptionist Ive met in a long time. There was confusion as I had double booked. She sorted the situation out very quickly was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. I will be back.The room clean and the bathroom large and breakfast was good with a great choice....

I do not know how to make use of my money I have collected during my stays. Also hotel staff does not know how to use the benefits....
