The hotel is in a very good location, few meters from the city center and the restauraurants area.
However, the rooms were smelling horrible.
For sure, not the expected service on a 4 Star Hotel. ...

Lumpy, hard and rough

No working AC, sparsely decorated, hard mattress, rough sheets, lumpy pillows that gave me a headache. With that being said, decently located in close proximity to the walled city but still would not stay here again or recommend to colleagues, family or friends....

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a large, comfortable, clean room, situated right by the railway and bus stations and at the entrance to the historic centre. The staff were always helpful and friendly and gave us good advice when we asked for it. ...

Good Rooms

The Grand has great rooms. The rooms are large and spacious for a hotel. It was clean and well appointed. The car park is tough with a large car though! Location just outside the city walls is excellent. I have to do 200 characters so this is a superfluous sentence....
