Very bad experience!
Booking reference E007-243595. We were on vacation for 5 days there with family and unfortunately someone from the room service used my personal stuff.
An expensive Hat that I left in the room was left with unremovable stains !!! After complaining to the management, they did nothing about it. So frustrating...

This hotel is in a fairly remote part of A Coruna but the centre is easily accessible if you dont mind walking. Unfortunately our stay was not great, the minibar didnt work in the room, apparently they didnt work in any room in the hotel, I was told. The room safe did not work and wasnt repaired in the time I was there despite asking. Then we were extremely inconvenienced between four and five pm by a loud drilli...

Perfectly civilised hotel, slightly outside the beaten track. Which for us was a blessing. Great location for coast walks, some wild cove beaches, and looong walks to the city. Buses are a great alternative - for the eco-conscious. Tickets rightly priced at 1.30 for any journeys. Back to the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful, even if at check-in they aske for our names and passports about 4 times, in 5 minutes......

The see view from our room was wonderful. The situation is very quiet, excellent bus connection to old town (or a nice walk a the sea shore). Staff very friendly, the breakfast buffet has a great quality. Wonderful beaches next to the hotel...
