What’s better than relaxing on a sandy beach? Relaxing on a private, sandy beach, of course. We’re talking space, sun loungers and even bars reserved for those staying at the hotel.
While Europe is mostly full of public beaches, meaning hotels can’t claim ownership over their stretch of sand, venture a little further and you’ll find beach space that’s made to feel a part of the hotel – waiter service to your sunbed, anyone? Most of these hotels come with All Inclusive packages, and some are adults only, too, so you can enjoy premium – and private – luxury wherever you end up. Read on forour top five list of the best hotels with private beaches.

TUI BLUE Makadi Gardens – Hurghada, Egypt
This adults-only retreat in Egypt is a 10-minute stroll to its own private beach – it’s worth it for the views out to the Red Sea.
