Best time to go to Thailand
The best time to visit Thailand is from December to March, when this part of Southeast Asia is in its dry season and there’s less chance of being caught in a monsoon. At that time, the mercury hovers between 31oC and 34oC, with sea breezes knocking the heat down a couple of degrees in places like Phuket and Khao Lak. Avoid June to October – the rainy season – if you’re wanting to work on your tan as during this time, you can expect strong winds, rough seas and above-average downpours and rain showers.Passports and Visas
British citizens must have a valid passport to visit Thailand. By law, you must carry your passport with you at all times. British passport holders can visit Thailand for 60 days without obtaining a visa in advance of arrival. Don't forget to arrange your travel money and insurance before you go.
