Best time to go to Khao Lak

Cold-weather clothes definitely won’t be needed here – average temperatures in Khao Lak hover in the high twenties year-round. The best time to visit is during the dry season, which runs from November until the end of March. This is prime diving time, too. The April-October rainy season sees frequent heavy downpours and the odd thunderstorm. They’re usually over pretty quickly, though, and tend to arrive late afternoon or at night.

Passports and Visas

British citizens must have a valid passport to visit Thailand. By law, you must carry your passport with you at all times. British passport holders can visit Thailand for 60 days without obtaining a visa in advance of arrival.
