Sun and Bass Festival
San Teodoro’s annual Sun and Bass Festival kicks off for a whole week in early September. It’s been running since 2003, and has played host to some of the world’s best drum and bass artists. You’ll find one of its six venues located on La Cinta Beach, so you can party on the sand. It’s a family-friendly festival, too, meaning little ones can join in with the fun.Over 100 stalls line the cobbled streets of Coclearia’s colourful market. You’ll find it 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the town, and it stays open until 2am – so it’s perfect for a post-dinner stroll. The stands sell things like hand-crafted jewellery, fashion accessories and ornaments. You’ll also find stylish bars, restaurants and street performances along the way.
