Take a boat trip to Formentera
Bob Dylan and Bob Marley both spent time on this little island, six kilometres off Ibiza’s southern coast, and the laid-back vibe they came for is still here. You can relax on a pristine white beach, or explore the island on a bike or moped. To get here, you can take a boat from S’Argamassa jetty, which takes about 45 minutes.You’ve got some little bars in S’Argamassa, but this peaceful village bypasses the 24-hour party culture Ibiza is famous for. Instead, nightlife here focuses on the hotels, with their live acts, discos and karaoke. Lively Es Cana is within easy walking distance, or if you want to make a night of it, Ibiza Town and San Antonio Town are just a cab ride away.
