Back on the ground, it’s shoppers' paradise with a high-end shopping mall, and after dark you can catch Spectra, a futuristic fountain show with lasers, lights and music. Sentosa Island, just off the mainland, is bursting with luxurious hotels, top-notch golfclubs and exciting attractions. It’s home to Universal Studios Singapore and its many rides and shows inspired by popular movies and TV shows. Heading back north on the mainland, you’ll find Singapore zoo which is a firm favourite for any age. You’ll come face-to-face with the likes of orangutans, cheetahs and manatees while exploring the different zones. And with other activities on offer like animal feeding and keeper talks, be sure to have your camera at the ready to snap those animal encounters.
