It’s never too late for some sun, sea and sand, and our last-minute holidays to Majorca serve all that up in spades.
Big-name beach resorts
If you’re after a resort with a big beach and loads going on, try Alcudia. Its sandy coastline rolls out for seven kilometres, plus it’s got a generous helping of bars and cafés. For lively nights, try Magaluf. Superclubs and fish bowl bars are the theme here. Next-door Palma Nova is close to all the action, but turns down the volume a tad.
Off the beaten track
Majorca isn’t all big beach resorts and party towns. Fishing village Cala San Vicente hides away behind the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains. Porto Cristo also takes things easy. As a bonus, it’s home to one of the top sights in Spain, the Caves of Drach, where you can go for a boat trip on one of the world’s biggest subterranean lakes. Classical concerts pop up here, too. The classy capital city of Palma is also one to add to the travel list.
Our last minute holidays to Majorca dish up a choice of flights and hotels. They’re All Inclusive, too, so extras like main meals, local drinks and hotel transfers are bundled in to your booking.
