Spicy curries, Portuguese-style villages, sandy beaches – last-minute Goa holidays are an India-meets-Europe mash-up.
South Goa
Most of our late hotel deals wind up in South Goa. Cavelossim matches a king-size beach with plenty of things to do. Cattle mooch through the lanes of the Portuguese village centre, fish shacks sizzle up cashew and catfish curries on the sand, plus it’s only a 20-minute drive away from the famous flea markets of Magao city. Then there’s Arossim Beach. It’s just one of a series of sandy beaches that hold hands for 25 kilometres down the Goan coast.
Hotels by the beach
Our hotels stick close to the beach. Take the Dona Sylvia Beach Resort — it’s within hitting distance of Cavelossim Beach. Spend a few nights in the Portuguese-style villas of the Heritage Village Club hotel, and you’ll be in a more secluded spot. But it’s still no more than a five-minute walk away from Arossim Beach.
Grab a last minute holiday to Goa, and you could be exploring the west Indian coast in no time. As a bonus, our breaks are All Inclusive, so extras like your flight and food are included in the price.
