Flight Information
Select your seat
If you want to prebook your seats on your upcoming flight, you’ll need to do it directly with your chosen airline.
Your First Choice booking confirmation includes your airline reference or confirmation code (this is different to your First Choice booking number).
Use this on your chosen airline’s website or with their customer service team and select the seats you want to book. FYI, most airlines will charge a fee for this.
If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please contact us.
Extra space or extra legroom seats
If you wish to upgrade your booking to include extra space or extra legroom seats, you’ll also need to book these directly with your chosen airline.

Food and drink onboard
Short and mid-haul flights
On most short or mid-haul flights, you can buy hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks from the onboard catering services. However, this varies depending on the airline and flight route. Check directly with your chosen airline to confirm what’s available.
Long-haul flights
For flights longer than seven hours, most airlines will provide a complementary meal and additional drinks onboard. To confirm what food will be available or to advise of any dietary requirements ahead of your flight, please contact the airline you’re flying with directly.
Similarly, most airlines won’t provide in-flight meals for children under two, although you can bring your own liquid baby foods or baby milk onboard.
Extra luggage
If you think your luggage might tip the scales, buy some extra space before you go – pre-booked kilograms are much cheaper than the charges you’ll face at the check-in desk.
You can add extra luggage when you book online with us. If you’ve already booked, you can upgrade your luggage allowance up to two days before you fly by visiting Manage My Booking. You may also be able to pre-pay for extra luggage when you check in with your airline.
If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please contact us.
Flying with sports equipment
If you want to pack a special set of golf clubs or your favourite surfboard to take away with you, simply contact the airline you’re flying with directly. Just so you know, prices may vary depending on the airline and the item.
