First Choice Flex gives you the flexibility to cancel your holiday right up until 48 hours before you’re due to travel. If your plans change and you no longer want to travel, we’ll refund the price you paid for your holiday, no questions asked. The only thing you won’t get back is the price you paid to add First Choice Flex to your booking. This cover applies to your whole booking and can’t be used to cancel an individual(s) holiday if others on the same booking still wish to travel.
