Very nice Hotel, friendly staff and very experienced. There was a daily cleaning to the room, breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. The hotel location between M1, M2 and Central stations was keep to our easy access to the entire city. I strongly recommend the hotel for your next stay in Milan....

Very nice but we suffered from cold,
heating is bad , very good location, a kindly staff , enough breakfast

Very nice Hotel with competent stuff !! Good situated, close to the main train station with closeby Metro station. The overall experience with hotel, stuff and location was excellent. Rooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend this place....

Room was up to standard, cleaning was great! Receptionists were friendly but the breakfast was very basic and is not a good value for money at all.
The city tax which was charged after checking out was outrageous! How can you visit a city, spend on food etc and then pay a city tax! Italy is ridiculous...

Terrible and nightmare

Everything was bad start from the staff rude and arrogant not assisting at all they need to be more supervisor closely as they are bunch of gangs unfortunately I have chosen to stay for few days as I found another hotel and I change it loosing some money but it was really the best option in my more than 32 years travelling independently I never faced a terrible hotel like this...
