Our accomodation was booked by a travel agent and I read every review before staying and was so worried we would be in a shoe box but were pleasantly surprised. The room we had was perfect, staff friendly and proximity to the HB was a very short walk. We had 40 hours of flights/delays before arriving and felt so refreshed after the amazing shower and beautiful scented products to use. We really cannot fault the Ruby ...

Small rooms and bathrooms. Not that spacious, but we had anticipated this. We thought it was good for a quick short 1 night stay. If you're looking for something for a longer stay / spacious would recommend looking into a bigger room or elsewhere. Has a great bar area to hangout and chill around the clock. Location is great and easily walkable to shopping and public transportation....

Rooms very nice, very closed to the city center and the Uranus parking is only few minutes by foot
Breakfast with a large choice of sweet and savory: even for gluten free intolerance there is a lot of opportunities to eat...

Strange experience with this Hotel. First let's start with the pros:
Pros: Great location, very close to the Zurich HB train station, less than a 4 min walk. Very close to shopping and stores, all of which were walking distance. Great bar area, good drinks, staff is very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel due to the close proximity of the train station.

We booked the ruby mimi for a week in Zurich. We were a little confused upon arrival as there is no front desk, just a self check in kiosk. Check in process was a little annoying as its touch screen only and about 5 pages of information,plus the machine doesnt work very well so kept skipping backwards. We booked the wow room which was strange, with shower next to the bed and no space for luggage. The water isnt hot...
