We booked a family room on Booking.com and were given a double with two beds. They lied about accommodations and tried to keep us in a double for 700 usd per night. Front desk was not helpful. Actually tried to pretend as if it was properly done....

Great location in Zurich city center

If you need (or want) to stay in the heart of Zurich, the Glockenhof hotel is a marvelous opportunity. The location of the hotel is just near the main road of the city center, walking distance from Zurich old city. The room was well equipped, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast is very good (considering European measures). Recommended with full heart....

Excellent hotel right near the Old Town and the Christmas Markets. It was a short walk to the train station as well. Clean, comfortable rooms with walk in showers. Excellent breakfast and the front desk was very helpful. I would recommend and book this hotel again....

Excellent hotel in a great location . Stayed for three nights and check in was easy and room was lovely and very modern bed comfortable and soundproofed . Very clean and spotless . Breakfast was included and plentiful with a lot of choice . All staff were very helpful and the hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas...

Great location in old town. 10 min walk from the central train station. 10 min walk to the Bürkliplatz where you can do a 1.5 hr lake cruise for a reasonable price. Close to a number of restaurants.
Staff very friendly, our young kids were given some cuddly toys on check in which was a nice touch. Hotel was quite impressive from outside and in the lobby areas. We had a family room which looked new, large in size and...
