Great if you have never stayed at a nice hotel before!

The rooms are dated, there is no glassware in them and if you ask, it takes 3 tries to get it anything delivered. Staff seem ambivalent to everything. They tell you at check in you have a $25 a day credit to use anywhere. I asked if that includes tax and tip, they could not tell me. Then at checkout I noticed there is $25 destination fee (resort charge) that comes on the incidentals part of the bill. So you are basic...

Disappointed in Hilton

Im a Hilton guy and am disappointed in this one. Its garbage for what theyre charging. The heater in my room doesnt work the majority of the time, but somehow always sounds like a diesel engine.
I tried to order room service, they said I had to come pick it up. OK?!?! Waited 20mins to go pick it up, they hadnt even put the ticket in, had to wait forever downstairs for it....

Did not meet expectations, especially for the price paid.
Really a worn, budget style room. Black carpet, worn out old furniture, just really needs a redo. Blah toiletries, poor service, broken items in room. The conference space was nice however. But I would not stay here again....

Very professional and courteous staff, especially Alicia, who went out of her way to ensure a smooth check in process. We appreciated her attention to detail and her recommendations for our stay. I imagine how challenging it is to serve so many clients arriving at the same time, but she handled everything with such ease and professionalism. Her entire staff rose to the occasion, surely following her example. 5 stars!...
