The room is nice, clean and presentable. It I got it a great price and thank you to MeMe the young woman at the front desk for having such great customer service and being kind to tourists within DC. I will be coming back to here for future endeavors....

Extremely rude staff and unwelcoming environment. If you do not get to breakfast on time you are more likely to get yelled at by an employee than spared some extra food. Also encountered quite a bit of roaches around the workout room and work out room restroom....

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT, DISGUSTING ROOMS, DISGUSTING HOTEL. COCKROACHES LIVE IN THE BEDS. THE GERMAN ONES THAT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE IF YOU BRING THEM HOME! THE CEILINGS ARE FALLING APART AND LEAKING. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY ARE ALL PROFITS OVER PEOPLE....

We went here for a romantic birthday getaway that turned into a nightmare. First night we heard furniture dragging along floor above us all night. We complained and they moved us. We left paid in full. Hyatt double billed our credit card for 2 nights in each room and despite 3 phone calls refused to correct the charges. We will never go back to a Hyatt Hotel!!!...

Excellent quality, kind staff, and good services. They have a wonderful service for birthdays where they provide balloons and a brownie with a candle. The brownie is very rich and chocolaty. It was a wonderful experience. The brownie was delicious and staff was amazing!...
