The outstanding feature of my 2 night stay was the friendly staff and helpfulness of Shemar Lyle.
All went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.
The hotel was central to my visit.

Old worn furniture, terrible food & slow elevators!

Horrible and not worth it! We were placed as a group in multiple hotels in the area. This one was the worse. A old hotel with dirty wear & tear furniture, we changed rooms and more of the same. The buffet is not, food terrible. The staff was great....

Unsafe hotel location and dirty room incidental charges not told to us upon check In

Would not recommend this location safety reasons room was filthy badly stained sofa & chair smelled we had to be move to another room! Charged a $400 dollar incidental fee on my card but was never told about it at the front desk or on the initial reservation made with Hilton honors...

Bedbugs!

Dont stay here unless you want bedbugs. My family and I stayed here at the beginning of September and immediately started getting bites. The hotel denies all responsibility and we will NEVER stay in another Hilton Garden Inn. Do NOT stay here!...

Having plans cancelled abruptly and to our great disappointment, our group of around 35 guests arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn en masse before check-in. The staff immediately sensed our distress and worked rapidly and efficiently to accommodate our needs and get our rooms as quickly as possible.
