Simple but messy breakfast. Breakfast organization could be better.
The staff could be more friendly.
Good location, a few blocks from the subway and close to many restaurants.
Spacious rooms.
Expensive price, like all accommodation in Washington....

Worst experience ever I would not recommend this rudest for front end staff to anyone the locked me out of my room and said I am only booked for one day even after I showed them the confirmation they said to figure it out with Expedia and leave after 10 mins they found my reservation with no apologies very bad behaviour I would like someone senior to call me...

Family friendly, clean and convenient

Great option for our group of 13. Staff are friendly and helpful, they keep the lobby and common area very clean. Cristoph, Laura and Kanisha are awesome! The hotel is centrally located so it was convenient to lots of key attractions. Would stay here again....

The good. All elevators were working. The room was clean and neat and the location great. The staff, mostly deeply kind and smiling.
The bad: the bar in the hotel isn't open very much. The front desk is understaffed during peak hours. You can walk into the pool room and the pool is a hole in the floor, uninished. It should be locked. I thought it was the gym.

The room is clean and hotel is centrally located with Metro a short walk away. The hotel is understaffed an lacks customer service. I called the front desk several times and Mike never answered. When I went down and asked, he said he was busy. No apology. We were there for 3 nights and the room was never made up. I asked twice.
