Worst Stay Possible

The worst stay possible. We checked in at 10pm in the night and the room we were given had a broken heater. They didnt have a technician on site or anyone on site to help even set the thermostat for us. The front desk was not reachable for over an hour finally when they were they told us to bear with the cold and wait for a while for the heater to start. Great stay and close to the metro

The Hampton was in a great location. Within walking distance to the metro and at least a dozen restaurants. The room was super clean and really comfortable. The only issue was that the sheets dont fit the bed. The mattress was super comfortable but the sheet would pop up at the corners and doesnt fit the sides of the mattress....

Simple but messy breakfast. Breakfast organization could be better.
The staff could be more friendly.
Good location, a few blocks from the subway and close to many restaurants.
Spacious rooms.
Expensive price, like all accommodation in Washington....

Worst experience ever I would not recommend this rudest for front end staff to anyone the locked me out of my room and said I am only booked for one day even after I showed them the confirmation they said to figure it out with Expedia and leave after 10 mins they found my reservation with no apologies very bad behaviour I would like someone senior to call me...

Family friendly, clean and convenient

Great option for our group of 13. Staff are friendly and helpful, they keep the lobby and common area very clean. Cristoph, Laura and Kanisha are awesome! The hotel is centrally located so it was convenient to lots of key attractions. Would stay here again....
