This hotel offers spacious well maintained rooms bordering on 5 Star
The staff are professional and welcoming We had excellent service in both the executive lounge and the hotel restaurant from Mateusz Bednarek always with a smile and great English language communicator
We would highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation...

Tried to make a reservation at this hotel several times over a period of two weeks and constantly had the phone put down on me because they would not put me through to the manager because of their incompetence. If you're an English speaker be prepared for all the spell under the sun and be prepared for them to try and cut the call very quickly. This hotel has seriously gone downhill...

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel , the rooms are nice , pillows need to be updated , the bathroom is a nice size,
Breakfast is good but for some reason when you book with breakfast only 1 person gets breakfast ️ a little bet strange when they are 2 people, the additional cost for 1 person is 110 polish money , the gym is amazing but the ac is set to 23 degrees, which is way to hot for a gym , when asked t...

Had a stay at Regent Warsaw Hotel from 4th August -9th August 2024.
I have sent an email with my experience directly to Regent Warsaw Hotel 3 weeks ago and never heard a thing. Never have I been so disappointed in a 5-star hotel.

This hotel is decent but its not a 5*. Maybe an average 4*. The decor is very beige, reminding me of the 90s. I feel like they need to freshen up the colour palette a bit.
