It was my first time staying at NYX Warsaw Hotel and it was amazing!
The hotel is very stylish with modern design, high tech, city views and it is located at the centre of Warsaw. 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the Palace of Culture and Science.
The rooms are comfortable with well equipped amenities like air conditioning with heating, coffee & espresso machines, large tv and a safety deposit...

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff, very clean rooms, if a little too hot at night , but dont stay here if you value your sleep, it is 3 oclock in the morning and I have been awake since 1am when a party started with loud music and singing in a nearby room , security said they had tried to find where the noise was coming from but couldnt find it, I eventually had to get up and go to reception to bring them up to ...

Great hotel right in the centre of Warsaw close to the financial area. Spacious room spotlessly clean only stayed two nights but the y changed the room. This hotel is located 45mins walk from the old town the walk is lovely through the parks and squares.

A cold experience where the staff all wear t shirts! This hotel is trying too hard and getting the fundamentals wrong.

All the reception staff look miserable, there was no smile on greeting. I had a rushed check-in and wasnt given any key information, had to ask when breakfast was.
I am a business customer, I was told I would need to move rooms on my third night as I had two bookings - extended my stay before I arrived - I told them when I arrived so I wouldnt have to change rooms and told it was OK.
