Leaky showers and bad breakfast

Unfortunate issues with plumbing in the room were not handled well by the hotel and ended up with a downgraded room. Clearly they have tried to bring the rooms up to date but the standards are not great.
Food selection at breakfast was very poor and I would not reccomend as there are plenty of better places to get food nearby. ...

I stayed at this so-called 4-star hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The room was old and musty, with mould in the shower stall and dirty marks on the walls. The bed was rock hard, the pillows were lumpy, and the air conditioning couldnt be adjusted, so the room was unbearably hot. We reported the issue, and they promised a technician would comebut of course, no one ever showed up. We switched rooms, but the ne...

A well presented hotel. Rooms are nice, modern, and spacious. Everything you would expect from a good hotel. Good AC and nice little touches throughout. Central location. Only thing to improve would be the coffee machine - in that there was no milk or decafe options....

The hotel is nice and tidy. The receptionist are professional but quite a bit standoffish. The location is fine, our room was spacious, the beds quite large, but we had a problem with the AC and it was way too cold in the room, although the staff tried to fix it. Yet, breakfast was fantastic!...

We visited this hotel for 1 night in August. We arrived to Warsaw for Taylor swift concert. The reception staff (young man) was very helpful, taking his time to explain to us how to get to and from the concert. His customer service is excellent! We were given a brand new room, fully renovated , very clean and modern. We are very happy with our stay and would use again. Thank you....
