We chose this hotel for its proximity to Old Town - - it is less than 5 minutes away. Very fancy elegant former Archbishops residence. Very attentive and skilled staff. They were very helpful. The restaurant staff was equally good. But, the building has NO elevators and gigantic, sweeping staircases that are terrible for less than absolutely agile guests. Outstandingly friendly, well appointed, conveniently located. Rooms (and bed) extremely comfortable. These descriptors pale when compared to the simply outstanding friendly service and attention to the smallest detail by committed staff. This is our go to hotel in Warsaw!! We would recommend Bellotto Hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw....

Lovely hotel, great location.

Stayed at the hotel during a business trip.
Room was excellent with quality decor and full of character. Gave the impression of a more expensive room.
Hotel itself was well run and of good quality.
Location is great for centre of Warsaw.
Bar area was a little disappointing for such a grand hotel.
Breakfast was also disappointing but passable. They did charge extra for water which I thought unacceptable....

Old City Hotel
Travelled on 01/2024
Stay for a couple of nights as part of a business trip. Well-located near the old city and very fashionable when you arrive. At the inside, you are confronted with a lot of marble, which gives the hotel a somewhat dated appearance. Service was excellent and breakfast ok....

3 night stay in magical Warsaw Old Town

Absolutely wonderful hotel, we loved our stay very much.
We were looked after from the moment we stepped through those magnificent heavy doors. Our bags were carried with a smile and we were given all the information we needed.
The room was a huge treat, at the very top, spacious, luxurious and with great views. The lighting was just so lovely and the huge bath was plenty big enough for two. We loved coming back ...
