Classy hotel with the best staff. Welcoming!! We felt welcomed from the moment we step in the lobby. It was like home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. What makes this hotel special is the dedication of their employees to make you feel welcomed. Thank you so much for everything. We loved our stay....

Good looking but all together a quite disappointing experience
I really expected much more of the property. Rooms are quite poorly maintained and service is inconsistent at best. Employees try their best but looks like a poorly managed property...

A very elegant hotel with decor exhibiting an eye for detail and comfort. The rooms and dining areas and all open spaces having sweeping views of Porto and the river. The 2 star Michelin restaurant is a must. It is an unforgettable experience where the staff operates like a symphony displaying service, friendliness and elegance. The spa is a must.

Wonderland for the Young at Heart

I never thought I'd describe a hotel as 'whimsical', but here we are. From the topsy-turvy furniture in the lobby to the storybook-themed rooms, this place is a playground for the imagination. The staff played along beautifully, treating every guest like the main character in their own fairy tale. Who says adults can't enjoy a little magic?...

Perfect stay in Porto

Staff was super friendly. We were greeted right away and made to feel at home. Hotel was clean and classy. Would stay here again! We had an issue with our rental car and Bruno went out of his way to help us out. He helped us contact our rental company as well as translate. Made a stressful situation less stressful! Really appreciate how everyone made us feel welcomed ️...
