Hotel room was basic, but very quiet, beds were comfortable, room was warm, staff very nice and helpful, we were on the 9th floor, drinks machine was available, if you wanted to use it, breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from, Hop on bus stop just outside if you wanted to do the palace route, plenty shops just round the corner really enjoyed our stay there....

Good location but rooms are boiling hot and no AC!

The location of this hotel is good, theres a tram stop right across the road, a main train station down the road and a main shopping street round the corner. This was unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel.
We were in room 1223 (but after reading other reviews it seems to be a common problem with most rooms) the rooms are far too hot!!! There isnt any AC at all, we could open the window a little bit b...

Good Budget Hotel

Stayed here a few nights. My room on the 9th floor had a very nice view of the city. The bed was comfortable and I liked the long desk table near the window.
The bathroom shower was a bit small but nothing deal breaking.
Theres a restaurant at the ground floor. The hotel is close to the light rail street car public transportation. Its about a 5 minute walk to the actual train station so its pretty convenient.

Location os good with access to public transport and the Big bus stop is right in front. Rooms are clean, i thought that the bed provided is small for 2 people. Breakfast area is too small, morning after 8 becomes really crowded like a school cafeteria!
If you are looking for a bed and breakfast..its a good option...

Basic and a bit tired hotel, room was clean and staff were friendly. However the AC was basically non existant, it was incredibly warm and stuff in the room making it really difficult to sleep.
