Location os good with access to public transport and the Big bus stop is right in front. Rooms are clean, i thought that the bed provided is small for 2 people. Breakfast area is too small, morning after 8 becomes really crowded like a school cafeteria!
If you are looking for a bed and breakfast..its a good option...

Basic and a bit tired hotel, room was clean and staff were friendly. However the AC was basically non existant, it was incredibly warm and stuff in the room making it really difficult to sleep. Even with window shut and AC on full blast it did virtually nothing. We spoke to several other guests who were attending the same event as us and they experienced the same issues with the AC. This Ibis Hotel is ideally located only 20 minutes from the train station with a tram stop outside the front door.
The room was well decorated but no tea making facilities are provided. We were out of our room by 9.00am each morning and did not return until 15.00 but our room was not made up on any of the days of our 3 night stay.

Great location for sightseeing in Vienna, close to the underground. Decent rooms, very clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We didnt eat in, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Only negative was no kettle. Could have done with a cup of tea!...

The hotel itself was good. **BEWARE** The hotel advertises air conditioning, BUT during our visit, the climate was in between cool and warm. The hotel AC was shut off and not even the staff could control it. The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and very apologetic and he didnt show to be too happy about the AC situation.
