We spent 6 nights in Vienna at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
The breakfast is very good with a range of food that most people should leave satisfied. If not included you can buy separately for 15 per person per day.
The rooms lack tea/coffee facilities but this can be purchased at reception

The price-quality ratio is very positive!
There are numerous nice pubs around with a variety of cuisines.
A very nice walking route to the very center and the most important points of the city!
Good breakfast, I think everyone will find something for themselves, always fresh.
A nice surprise is prosecco served with Sunday breakfast!
The rooms were cleaned every day, very thoroughly.

The rooms are not clean. The choice at the breakfast is limited.
At the end of our stay, we wanted to book a taxi to the airport and were told that the fixed price is 42 euros even if we take 2 taxis. However, when we paid, the price was separate for both of them....

First impressions werent the best as when I politely asked the man on reception whether I could check in please, his response was just ID which wasnt friendly or greeting at all. But I got my room and it was clean enough with a good bathroom and plenty of storage space. Friendly employees and great customer service
Location is ok, 10 minutes walk from the metro station, but from that metro station, you usually need to switch two metro lines in one way to get to almost every tourist location.
Like all Ibis hotels, it is comfy and good value for the money, but this hotel could be cleaner.
