Everything was absolutely exceptional! The location is great, right in the city center. All staff is very friendly and professional. The design and facilities are great and high quality. We also visited wellness area and it was very relaxing....

The Staffs are All so helpful.
Breakfast was good but not outstanding.
The Location is perfect, with Metro within 50m, and
walking distance to shopping , all the main sights of Vienna.
Also, there is no noise of traffic from the outside.
All is good.......

Everything looks like new, and is very nicely decorated. The SPA is really top-notch, and the service provider's massages are excellent. We loved the breakfast and the service. In short, it's faultless....

It is comfortable, clean, and in a great location and polite staff. Opera, Katner strasse, Mariah.. Strasse is within walking distance. I would recommend the hotel to everyone who prefers accommodation with described characteristics....

This is a wonderful hotel. A great location, sparkling clean and beautiful. The staff was uniformly friendly and knowledgeable and very responsive. The big problem, and the reason I don't give it 5 stars, is that the mattress was rock hard and impossible to sleep on comfortably. This may have been because we asked that our room be feather free due to allergies, and so they removed a mattress cover. But they had...
