This is an outstanding hotel in a beautiful building in the heart of Vienna. Friends in Vienna had advised us before our visit that service in the city can be a little formal/distant compared to other European cities, but this was not our experience at this hotel. The service was perfect. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The facilities of the hotel are quite modern and immaculate. Cleanness was perfect in spite of the rain. Bedroom was very good and quite practical and easy to use. We will be back definitely...

One of the best hotels we have stayed in for a while. The staffs attention to detail was exceptional. The hotel was located within walking distance from main attractions.
Breakfast menu was excellent and staff were first class which made the stay very enjoyable...

This is not a 5 star experience but priced as a 5 star hotel ,
$1,000 us per night for 5 night do the math
Im usually pretty good ar doing my homework when booking hotels but not this time ,
We truly wanted a holiday in Vienna experience and this is not it ,
I was told that the a beautiful Christmas market was directly in front , no it was not
The problem started at the airport but this was not their fault...
